How to achieve longevity in your New Optimist pieces:
- Try not to over wash your item. Only wash when it genuinely needs it. After wearing, hang the piece to aerate before folding it away or wearing it again.
- Wash smart. Wash your item in a full load to avoid water wastage, stick to a gentle detergent and go for a lower temperature. A cold wash and soft detergent will also help preserve the garment’s color.
- Hang dry. Preferably in open air but inside will do just fine. Avoiding a tumble dry saves energy and will increase the garment’s lifetime.
